At Symmetry Capital, the General Partner to the Medicus Funds, we operate as a Woman Owned Business.   • operating our headquarters "off the grid". We have a zero-carbon footprint and add power to the grid though solar power and battery storage. 
  • utilizing virtually zero plastics and other energy inefficient resources
  • practicing social equity individually and collectively 
  • minimizing travel while acknowledging the necessity to conduct preliminary and ongoing due diligence on-site 
  • minimizing paper in our work and communications

We screen prospective investments through a rigorous ESG analysis. A prospective recipient of investment funds must have, at a minimum, an ESG plan in place or being implemented.Included in their plan should be sections addressing:
